He is survived by: his children, Corbin Perkins, Sr. of Michigan City, Cameron Perkins of Michigan City and Chloe Perkins of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Corbin Perkins, Jr. of La Porte and Addison Perkins of Edon, OH; and his sisters, Patricia Simpson of La Porte, Bonnie Hunsley of Michigan City, Dianna Perkins of La Porte, Tina Eliyas of Michigan City and Rayna Perkins of La Porte. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
