With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deacon Robert Bucheit of La Porte, Indiana, who passed away on November 27, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Bucheit and Geraldine Bucheit (Erich); his wife Sharon Bucheit (Brand); and his brother Donald Bucheit. He is survived by: his children, Patti Gasper (Mark) of Elkhart, Michael Bucheit (Kimberly) of Chesterton, Kristi Frick (Aaron) of Elkhart and Stephen Bucheit of Vietnam; his grandchildren, Connor, Hannah, Ava, Gavin and Elsa; and his siblings, Gregory (Diane) of Wheaton, IL, David (Laura) of Richmond, VA., Jean Orland, Kenneth, Gerald and Paul.
