He is survived by: his parents, Heather Stephens and Kevin Stephens of La Porte; his brother Grant Stephens of La Porte; his grandparents, Pat, Phil Kaiser of Westville and Cathie Stephens of South Carolina; his aunts and uncles, Christi Poag (Bill) of New Palestine, Lisa Bohle (Mark) of Westville, Brian Pease (Kristi) of Aurora, IL, Jason Kaiser (Sam) of Wanatah, Kyle Kaiser (Lisa Messman) of Wanatah, Travis Kaiser (Chiann) of Wanatah and Dustin Kaiser (Randi) of Westville; his great-uncle Scott Arndt of La Porte; and his cousins, Emma, Lillie, Ali, Marky, Ryan and Tonio.
