He is survived by: his children, Jerry Lukac, Jr. (Brandy) of La Porte, Kristi McCormick (Tim) of Mill Creek, Tabitha Moore (Chris) of La Porte and Josiah Pittman (Amy) of La Porte; his grandchildren, Lauren, Nathan, Nicholas Lukac, Sarah, Jake, Jonathan McCormick, Mason and Maddix Moore; and his brothers, Stephen Lukac Jr. of Bensenville, Bill Lukac (Peggy) of La Porte and Thomas "Byrd" Lukac (Sue) of La Porte. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
