He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Reese and Alice Reese (Wiltfong); and his brothers, Lewis "Louie" and Dennis Reese. He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Smith; his children, Gina Cole of La Porte, Gregory Allen Reese Jr. (Robin) of New Carlisle, Steven Reese (Tracy) of Monument and Amanda Stephany (Eric) of La Porte, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Griffin Reese, Casper Reese, Cohen Reese, Gregory Allen Reese III, Zachary Reese, Rylee Stephany, Reghan Stephany and Dylan Stephany. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center (2900 Monroe St, La Porte, IN 46350). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (50 N 600 E, La Porte, IN 46365). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
