He was predeceased by : his parents, Jess Bair and Evelyn Bair (Reed). He is survived by : his son Jacob Scott Bair of La Porte; his brother John Robert Bair of La Porte; his sister-in-law Teresa Bair of La Porte; his sister Ruth Anne Campbell of La Porte; his brother-in-law Charles Lee Campbell of La Porte; and his nieces, Carrie Ann Hendricks of La Porte, Amanda Christine Beaudoin of La Porte and Katie Marie Dolan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
