He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sherman Blake and Janet Joan (Groman); and his sister Kathleen DeMunk. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Schmitt of La Porte and Joanna Blake of Noblesville, Indiana; his grandsons, Alex and Andrew Schmitt; and his niece Alicia DeMunk.
