He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ainsworth and Elizabeth Ainsworth (Ryden); his children, Doug, Joanna and Blayne (Jimmy); and his sister Karen.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Emily, Keith, Britne, Justin and Melissa; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Everest and McKinley.
