He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dickson and Valda Dickson; his wife Betty Jean; his siblings, Ardell "Bud", Emery, Willowbelle, Allen, Marvel, Jane, Ken, Jacquelyn, Beverly, Charmaine and Meredith; and his daughter-in-law Dawn.
He is survived by: his brother Duke; his friend Dan Evans; his children, Terry, Don, Brent (Kerry) and Judy Spicher (Brian); his grandchildren, Jamie Maller (Chuck), Jason Dickson and Ashley Burch (Eric); his stepgrandchildren, Chris Grillo (Danielle), Chuckie Leuth and Austin Hefner; his grandchildren, Natasha, Vinny, Matthew and Malachi; his great grandchildren, Bre'anna Maller, Izzabella Maller and Levi McCallum; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kayden Grillo, Koltyn Grillo, Kolby Grillo, Karsyn Grillo, Cyric Hefner and Vinny Hefner; his great great grandchild Ariya LaTour; and his sister Natoma.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services (602 Maple Ave, La Porte, IN 46350).
