She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Turner and Jewel Turner (Moore); her spouse L. A. "Boomer" Scott; her son David Voltz; and her sisters, Betty Shires and Doris Cunningham.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Scott of Halls, TN, Debbie Staples of Three Oaks, MI and Deann Toth (Joe) of Foley, AL; her grandchildren, Coty Scott (Cristin) of Halls, TN, Dalton Scott of La Porte, Kirstin Mrak (Chris) of Chesterton, Kesley Toth of Mishawaka, Jordan Riffle (Brandon) of Mishawaka and Amber Voltz of Michigan City; her great grandchildren, Autumn, Braden Scott of Halls, TN, Mason Ray and Presley Rose Mrak of Chesterton; her brother Robert Sulkowski of Michigan City; and her brother-in-law Don Cunningham of Fish Lake.
