She was predeceased by: her parents, John Joseph and Mary Meyer (Jenkins); her husbands, Nyal Eugene Mc Gowan and James E. Sharp; and her siblings, Elizabeth Meyer, John and David Meyer.

She is survived by: her sons, Paul Mc Gowan (Kathy) of La Porte, James Mc Gowan of Chicago and Christopher Mc Gowan of Frankfort, Illinois; her grandchildren, Rebecca Laurenzana (Nick) of Sandwich, Joseph Mc Gowan of Demotte, Kristina Robieson (Jeremy) of Frankfort and Ryan Northrop of Mokena, Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Ethan, Ezra Laurenzana, Allison, McKenzie, Wyatt Robieson, Alyssa and Sophie Northrop. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Jane Bernard Animal Adoption Center, 2855 W. SR 2, La Porte, IN 46350.
