He is survived by: his children, Michael Belzowski (Nora) of La Porte, Michelle Danks (Jason) of Tulsa and Melissa Wiatrowski of La Porte; his grandchildren, Taylor Belzowski, Caden Wiatrowski, Madison Wiatrowski, Mira Belzowski and Eziekel Belzowski; his goddaughter Kristin Sams (Justin); and his grandchildren, Kaylee, Keegan and MacKinzie Sams.
