It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Lubs of La Porte, Indiana, who passed away on January 23, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Lloyd Fleet; her husband Larry Lubs; her siblings, Donna Snyder, Sharon Kay Fleet, Betty Fleet, Wesley Fleet and Joe Fleet; and her mother Olive Synder (Sheriff).
She is survived by: her children, Larry Lubs (Laurie) of Carmel, Brad Lubs (Clarice) of Warrenton, MO, Bryan Lubs (Deidre) of Warrenton, MO and Linda Danielson (Mark) of La Porte; her grandchildren, Stefanie Horwitz (Mark), Jonathan Lubs, Cristy Wisler (Lee), Rebecka Lubs, Stacy Jones (Wes), Samantha Hackett (Neil) and Mitchell Danielson; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Kennedy Hackett, Olivia, Owen Horwitz, Camille, Wade Wisler, Dalton, Walker, Juniper Jones, Bentley Lubs, Ronan, Rayna, Royce, Titus and Raqiya; her siblings, Lois Wisner, Shawn Fleet, Doris Stephan and Sheryl Day; and her friend Ron Eigenmann.
