She was predeceased by : her parents, William John "Jack" and June Louise Pittsford (Morris); her husband George Pitt; her former life partner George Karm; her daughter June Elizabeth Karm; and her brother Paul Pittsford.

She is survived by : her children, Debra Carpenter (Jerry) of Columbia City, Indiana, Michael Karm (Dawn) of Lowell and Gregory Karm (Jill) of Elgin, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Jack Carpenter, Elizabeth Newton (Josh), Nicole Karm and Heather Karm.
