He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Green and Rita Green (Guilfoyle); and his siblings, James Green and Mary Rita O'Brien Puffer. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Green (Bonnan); his children, Patrick A. Green (Liz) and Beth Ann Warmhold (Kevin); his grandchildren, Sophia, Connor and Matthew Warmhold; and his sisters, Kathleen Gyrion and Carol Miller (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
