He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Milzarek; and his brother Ronald Milzarek. He is survived by: his children, Shari Milzarek of Charlotte, NC and Terry Milzarek (Kristi) of Franklin, TN; his grandchildren, Austin and Maddison Milzarek; and his brothers, Donald Milzarek (Delores) of South Bend, IN and Wayne Milzarek (Shirley) of Bartlett, TN..
