She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hayman and Lucy Hayman (Putz); her children, Rita, Kenneth and Keith; and her son-in-law Roger Tomoske.
She is survived by: her husband Stanley Lazarek; her children, Henry Lazarek (Carol) of Chesterton, Indiana, Christine Tomoske of La Porte, Indiana and Rick Lazarek (Lori) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her daughter-in-law Viki Lazarek of La Porte, Indiana; her grandchildren, Melissa Noveroske (Missy), Garland Lazarek (Becca Spencer), Stacy Martin (Brad), Caralee Sigler (Todd), Sarah Bostelman (Jeff), Kaylie Janssens (Jacob) and Emily Chitwood (Blake); and her caregiver Pat. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and her beloved bestie.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Family Parish, Sacred Heart Church Choir, or to Heart to Heart Hospice.
