She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie and June; her husband Harley Samuel; her brothers, John and Robert Terry; and her grandson Nathan Brown.
She is survived by: her former husband Sam Gardner; her children, Dawn Meadows and Ron Gardner (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Kayla Gardner of Ladoga, Dustin Gardner (Darsey) of Darlington, Aaron Gardner (Rachel) of Whitestown, Shylynn Brown of Evansville, Taylor Brown of Frankfort and Bryce Brown of Frankfort. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ladoga Baptist Church (751 N Cherry St, Ladoga, IN 47954).
