With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Dale Cook of Ladoga, Indiana, born in Kenton, Kentucky, who passed away on March 15, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Dale Cook to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesse C. Cook and Mamie Lee Cook (Cope); his brothers, Jim and Clifford Cook; and his son Roger Cook.

He is survived by : his wife Cora Cook of Ladoga; and his daughters, Madonna Fisher of Ladoga, Trina Leonard (Chip) of Crawfordsville and Michelle Simpson (Audie) of Crawfordsville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
