Though Alexia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Alexia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Luis Gonzalez and Karina Rios Campos; and her grandmother Maria Irene Campos. She is survived by: her wife Madison Gonzalez of Lafayette; her stepfather Jose Chazez of Mexico; her brother Oscar Ruiz; and her in-laws, Paul and Jennifer Ely. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lafayette Chapel (914 Columbia St, Lafayette, IN 47901).
