She was predeceased by: her father Verne Dennis; her siblings, Verne, Jayne and Suzanne; her husband William Richard Schurman; and her children, William R. Schurman II and Muinzer (Mike).
She is survived by: her sister Charlotte (Dinky); and her children, Stacy Jayne, Suzanne (Mattern), Mary Alice (Christopher) and Elizabeth (late Libby Rottler). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 3 great, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Alice's name to the First Baptist Church, 411 N. 7th Street, Lafayette, Indiana 47901.
