She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Margaret Balcezak Daugherty (David Daugherty), Robert Theodore Balcezak and Vera Kristine Balcezak; her grandchildren, DJ Daugherty (Amber Daugherty), Kristina Hawk (Shaun Hawk), Kourtney Callahan (Bobby Callahan), Logan Day (Josh Smith), Kelsey Crider (Gage Bradshaw), Colton Smart (Samantha Smart), Alyson Endsley (Jordan Garrison) and Alyssa Balcezak; her great grandchildren, Ethan Daugherty, Michah Daugherty, Daisy Daugherty, Marley Callahan, SJ Hawk, Rory Callahan, Addison Smart, Alec Smart, Liam Day, Zackary Callahan, Forest Hawk, Leighton Day, Brynlee Crider, Hunter Gould, Lukas Garrison, Kaiden Smart, Lucky Hawk and Skylin Smart; and her siblings, Patsy Askins, Barbara Foor, Dave Askins, Shirley Miller and Joann Askins.
