He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Sibray. He is survived by: his children, Jeremiah Sibray (Jennifer) of Lafayette and Kayla Abdulrazzaq (Yusuf "Joe") of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Kylynn, Jeremiah Jr., Ashlynn, Julianna and Ramzy; his siblings, Larry, Paul, Charles Sibray and Jo Whitlock; his mother-in-law Janet Hahn; and his foster mother Teresa Eubank.
