She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles G. Mitchell and Ida Fae Mitchell (Hobaugh); her husband Arnold Silcox; her son Charles Lewis Silcox; her brothers, Richard L. Mitchell (Beverly) and Michael H. Mitchell (Kathy); and her daughter Dawn Collins (Holdman).

She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Silcox of Lafayette and James A. Silcox of Lafayette; her sister Marjorie Harlan of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Jordan Silcox, Nikki Christenberry (JR), Amber Holdman, Mallory Silcox and Lilly Silcox; her great grandchildren, Cadence Christenberry, Brilyn Christenberry, Liam Bellah, Dallas Bellah, Dakota Bellah, Adalee Bellah, Alicyn Hudson and Bryson Silcox; and her daughter-in-law Marchelle Silcox (Shoaf).
