She was predeceased by: her father Douglas Rees; her grandparents, Margaret and Eugene Mitchell; and her great-grandparent Gertie. She is survived by: her husband Wes Adams of Lafayette; her mother Jacqueline "Jake" Mitchell of Lafayette; her children, Dylan James Perry (Jasmine) of Logansport, Coby Mitchell Perry of Lafayette and Courtney Jeanne Sheridan of Lafayette; her siblings, Doug Rees (Tina) of Muncie, Andi Stump of Veedersburg, Liz Reynolds of Veedersburg and Courtney Patchett of Lafayette; and her granddaughters, Julianne and Addie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
