Carol A. Hessong Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol A. Hessong of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Crawfordsville, Indiana, who passed away on January 13, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Eleanor Steward (Davis); her husband Fred; her father Henry Steward; her daughter Vickie Hessong; and her sister Susie Steward.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Foster (Jim) of Lafayette, Brenda Carr (Ralph Norton) of Crawfordsville, Margie Hahn (Bruce) of Clarks Hill, Frederick "Leon" Jr. Hessong (Beth) of Frankfort and Leslie Holdcraft (Brian) of Lafayette; her siblings, Ruth Ashlock of Frankfort and James Steward (Carol) of Illinois; her grandchildren, Dustin, Rayce, Eryn, Jake, Samantha, Alex and Bryan; and her great grandchildren, Hayleigh, Wylder, Colt, Rayce II, Adeline, Kylynn, Dax, Atlas, Aden, Chloe and Payton.
