She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Hershman and Gladys Hershman (Elliott); and her husband Herbert K. Stevens. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Stevens (Rita) of South Bend, Tony Stevens of Lafayette and Randall Stevens (Niki) of Lafayette; her brother Dick Hershman; and her grandchildren, Alan, Patrick, Travis, Bryan, Kayla, Abbigail and Jennifer. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
