It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Joanne Halstead Patrick of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur V. Halstead and Pauline Halstead; and her brother Michael. She is survived by: her husband David W. Patrick; her children, Nanette L. Patrick (Chris) of West Lafayette; her siblings, Linda Ostheimer (Paul) of Grabill, Becky Lucas (Don) of Lebanon and Gary Halstead (Monica) of Indianapolis; and her grandchildren, Tyler Everett, Abby Everett Nice, Luke Everett, Sally Everett Steffy, Owen Patrick, Kali Wooldridge and Corey Wooldridge. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
