We announce the death of Carolyn M. Roth (Lafayette, Indiana), who passed away on June 23, 2026, at the age of 84. Carolyn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lon Cushman and Marie Moore Cushman; her brother Ken Cushman; and her husband Jim Roth (James F.).
Donations may be made in Carolyn's honor to Scecina Memorial High School in Indianapolis or to St. Jude's Cancer Research Hospital.
