She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Johnson and Frances Johnson (Wade); her brothers, Matthew Kincade, Mark Kincade and Gary Kincade; and her stepbrother Clyde Johnson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mae Roark, Steven Parillo, Joseph Kincade, Malinda Heavilon, John Kincade, Robie Johnson, Janelle Johnson and Jill Webster. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
