Catharine L. Barman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catharine L. Barman (Lafayette, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 18, 2026 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Catharine is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Catharine's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Barman and Sandra Barman (Gurnham). She is survived by: her son Stuart T. Barman; and her siblings, David Barman (Vicki) and Sharon Lewis (John). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the: Human Society for Greater Lafayette.
