She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Perry and Virginia Perry (Sowder). She is survived by: her children, Candice Louks (Aaron) of Lafayette and Cameron Balduff (Kodie) of Brookston; her siblings, Michael Perry of Ohio, Patrick Perry of Ohio, Maureen Stanage of Michigan and Shawn Perry of Ohio; her granddaughter Brianne Balduff; and her great grandchild Daniel Schick.
