He was predeceased by: his significant other Mary; his parents, Arvil McDonald and Ola McDonald; and his brother-in-law Leo Brown. He is survived by: his sons, Randy McDonald (Laura) of Lafayette and Duane McDonald (Candy) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Ryan McDonald of Indianapolis, Whitney Bell (Casey) of Lafayette, Austin McDonald of Lafayette, Steve McDonald (Sarah Kundrat) of Lafayette and Sarah Ginn (Corey) of Lafayette; his great grandchildren, Waylan, Sterling, Kashdyn, Torrin, Jordan and Emilia; his sister Mary Ivadean Brown; and his nephew Lee Brown of Rossville.
Memorial contributions in Charles' name may be given to Free and Accepted Masonic Lodge 492 or to the Star City Corvettes Car Club.
