He is survived by: his parents, Eugene "Gene" Coffing and Sara "Kay" Stichter (Fuller); his spouse Erin Mitchell; his pet Trigger; his children, Denae, Gabrielle Coffing, Samantha and Steven Coffing; his sisters, Sherry Coffing and Paula Coffing (Mitchell); and his grandchildren, Jayda, Mckenzie, Haley, Hunter and Maycie.
