He is survived by: his wife Denise Johnson of Lafayette, IN.; his children, Andrew (Karlie) of Kentland, IN, Jennifer of West Lafayette, IN, Zachary (Bethany) of Brookston, IN and Kadie of Grove City, OH; his siblings, Carol Majovsky of Mineral Ridge, OH, David Grundy of Crawfordsville, IN, Michael Grundy of Delphos, OH and Patricia Francis of Crawfordsville, IN.; and his grandchildren, Liam, Lillian, Emersyn, Henry (Andrew), Braxton, Brantlee, Benjamin (Jennifer), Addaline, Aurora and Avery (Zach). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
