With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David A. Korty of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on August 10, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Norbert L. Korty; his son Nicholas Korty; his sisters, Bernadette Korty and Juliann Eickholtz; and his siblings-in-law, Rebecca Korty, Sharon Korty, Betty Korty and Richard Torhmoehlen.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Korty (Hobbs); his children, Travis Korty (Taylor) of Orlando, FL, Judy Hittel (Nick) of Lafayette, Darlene Beers (Matthew) of Carmel, Rod Korty (Becky) of Lafayette and Clint Korty (Laura) of West Lafayette; and his siblings, Helen Beiswanger (Harold) of Monticello, Dan Korty of Romney, Stephen Korty (Pam) of Lafayette, Lucy Tormoehlen of Kokomo, Dorothy Thise (Mark) of Lafayette, Herman Korty (Karen) of Lafayette, Jane Synovec (Roger) of O'Fallon, MO, Isidore Korty of Lafayette, Norbert Korty, Jr. (Leah) of Lafayette, Tom Korty (Nancy) of Mulberry and Ruth Grider (Fred) of Kokomo. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
