He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ratliff and Elizabeth Ratliff (Blythe); his wife Patricia Lloyd; and his brother Charles Lynn Ratliff. He is survived by: his children, David Ratliff of Delphi, Rita Wells (Herbert) of Lafayette, Gary Ratliff (Adara) of Alexandria, VA and Amy Thompson (Michael) of Shoals; and his brother Ronnie Joe Ratliff (Vina) of Cataract, IN.. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
