She was predeceased by: her parents, James Vernon and Virginia Bell Applegate (Perry); and her sister Linda Applegate. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Lank (Tim); her grandchildren, Paige Bol (Brandon Birge) and Madison Anthrop; and her niece Mary Applegate.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hippensteel Funeral Home (822 N 9th St, Lafayette, IN 47904). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
