She was predeceased by: her father William Hope. She is survived by: her children, Chris and Andy Goad (Dayana) of California; her siblings, Sharon Howard of Lafayette, Angie Howard of Lafayette, Tina Justice of Lafayette and Rick Justice (Renee) of Greenwood; and her granddaughter Abigail.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
