He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Bale. He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Holsclaw (Mark Rodgers) of Monticello and Kayla Fields of Lafayette; his brothers, Ron Fields (Dena) of Brookston and Dan Fields of Shadeland; and his grandsons, Dylan Holsclaw and Landon Rodgers.
