She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edwards and Anna Edwards (Koning); her husband John R. Klaiber; and her sister Janet Plantenga. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Klaiber (Clare) of Duvall, WA, Gretchen Krantz (Douglas) of Marysville, OH, Angela Gibson (Stephen) of Martinsville, IN and Melanie Puckett (Troy) of Westfield, IN.; and her grandchildren, Jessica Krantz, Jared Krantz (Tiffany), Andrew Krantz (Alyssa), Samuel Krantz, Dalton Puckett, Keegan Puckett, Greta Klaiber and Emmett Klaiber. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to St James Lutheran Church.
