He is survived by: his wife Judy Yvonne Durbin of Lafayette; his children, Daniel Durbin of Lafayette and Tera Henson (Tim) of Hopkinsville, KY.; his sister Barbara Durbin of Murray, KY; and his granddaughter Tatianna Putney (David).
