He was predeceased by : his parents, Elvin L. Harper and Marie Harper (Cunningham); his spouse Bobby Lou Million; and his daughter Carol Harper. He is survived by : his daughter Judy Nolen (Tim) of Ashdown, AR; and his grandsons, Jonathan and Matt Nolen.
