He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Crowell and Opal P. Cain; his sons, Douglas Stivers and Bradley Stivers; and his grandsons, Jacob Stivers and Adam Stivers.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Stivers; his sons, Donald Lee Stivers Jr. (Sandra) and Jeffrey Stivers (Margaret); his stepdaughter Jennifer Thorpe (JP); and his daughter-in-law Teresa Stivers. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
