It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora C Franz of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Jonesville, Virginia, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Brownlow Collins and Carrie Collins (Gipson); and her husband Frederick Franz. She is survived by: her children, Edward Cain (Debbie) of Otterbein, Robert Cain of Rossville, Linda Winger of Lafayette and Brenda Cain of Lafayette; and her brother Wiley Collins (Louise) of Lafayette. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
