He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rodgers and Lena Rodgers; and his siblings, Aussie Rodgers and Barbara Stephens (Bobi). He is survived by: his children, Kindra Rodgers and Evan Rodgers (Shyla Cedillo); his granddaughter Amirah Rodgers; and his siblings, Joseph Rodgers, Jr. and Delores Harvey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hippensteel Funeral Home (822 N 9th St, Lafayette, IN 47904). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
