Shepard and Jo Iva Blye (Rinehart) of Lafayette, IN; his stepmother Kathy Shepard of Lafayette, IN; his son Nycholas Shepard of New Orleans, LA; his stepdaughter Alicia Calhoun (Justin) of Bryant, AR; and his siblings, Susan Haas (Bob) of South Bend, IN, Donna Shepard of Lafayette, IN, Tim Blye (Candi) of Lafayette, IN. and Jeff Henry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
