He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Noe and Irene Noe (Buschman); and his siblings, Shirley Stultz and Curtis Noe. He is survived by: his wife Brenda J. Jessee; his children, Debbora J. Noe of Lafayette, Shawna D. Noe of Kokomo, Vickie L. Priest of Lafayette and Michael R. Noe of Lafayette; and his sister Betty Noe of Illinois.
