He was predeceased by: his wife Glenlyne Nuss; his son Rodney Troy Nuss; his granddaughter Vanessa Janaey Nuss; his great grandchild Kayle Michael Shanley; his parents, Frank Nuss and Beulah Nuss; and his sisters, Carol, Norma, Marjorie, Emma, Shirley and Marilyn.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Nuss, Kevin Nuss (Katrina), Stoney Nuss (Patty), Nathan Nuss (Marie) and Julie Nuss; and his siblings, Jesse "Red" Nuss (Linda), Janet (Joe), Patty, Brenda and Rita. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Steinke Funeral Home (403 N Front St, Rensselaer, IN 47978). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
