Franklin E. White Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Franklin E. White (Lafayette, Indiana), born in Yates Center, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 10, 2025 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry White and Helen White (Liptrap); his siblings, Larry, Wayne White, Janice and Barbara; and his stepson Mike Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Shafer of Oxford, Debra Strom (Doug) of Texas and Mike White (Cindy) of Ohio; and his stepchildren, Kenny Thompson (Lisa) of Lafayette and Lisa Jackson (Scott) of Pickett, Wis.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and beloved nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
